Forest bathing does not have to be carried out far out into the "wilderness", forest bathing can also be carried out in urban forests and parks.
We also offer forest bathing at the Lomtjärn Outdoor Area, only 3 km from central Piteå, between Piteå and Öjebyn.
Despite surrounding traffic such as the E4 and Sundsgatan, Lomtjärn is a peaceful oasis well suited for forest bathing and recovery.
